How can I get a refund?

We promise to deliver the highest quality and most accurate expectations, however; should you require a refund please read through our sticky note, and follow the steps below.

A sticky note:
* Returns are only accepted within 10 working days.
* Collection costs from the courier will need to be deducted from the refund.
* Your refund will be assessed on an item to item basis.

  1. Please email with an explanation and photos.
  2. If the items have no further damage, have not been washed and tags are intact (if bought with tags), we'll arrange a courier to fetch them from you.

What does the seller’s journey look like?

In a nutshell, see the below;

  1. Say hello on WhatsApp (+27 66 285 0432)
  2. Share a few crisp and clear snaps.
  3. Sit tight while we take a closer look.
  4. Once the items are approved, package them with an inventory list.
  5. Within 2 days of receiving the package and it has been approved, we will process the payment.

What are the size ranges on clothing items?

We accept children's clothing from prem, newborns, and up to size 16. Every item has a label, which gives you every bit of information pre-purchase to make sure it’s a perfect fit for your hunny.

How does delivery work?

The standard delivery fee is R92 and is delivered within 3-5 working days. Express delivery whizzes by a lot sooner, however, includes an additional fee.

How is quality measured?

The clothing we buy and sell must be clean and smell fresh. Please remember the more loved the clothing is, the less loving our offer price can be. Items that show any of the below, will not be able to make a Hunny Happy.

  • Stains (including yellowing and fading)
  • Excessive wear, tears, holes, and pilling
  • Cases of considerable fading. We appreciate a vintage look, however, the amount of fading will affect the initial offer from us.
  • Shrinkage
  • Missing buttons, broken zips, or damaged seams
  • Cracked logos
  • Pet hair
  • Bad smell

What payment methods are supported on the platform?

Once you have chosen your items, you’ll be able to make payment either via:

  • EFT
  • Card
  • Scan to pay (Masterpass)
